Workshop Regulations

 
  1. Participant Limit
    • The Pre-Congress Workshopis limited to a maximum of 30 participants to ensure a high-quality learning experience and personalized instruction during hands-on sessions.
  2. Registration and Fees
    • The registration fee for the workshop is 100 euros for students and 200 euros for residents and specialist surgeons.
    • Registration will be confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment.
    • Due to the limited number of seats, early registration is strongly recommended.
  3. Hands-On Training Format
    • Hands-on activities will be conducted in small-group sessionsto allow participants to engage in practical training under close supervision.
    • Each participant will have the opportunity to perform key exercises on robotic surgery and fluorescence-guided imaging simulators.
  4. Workshop Certification
    • At the conclusion of the workshop, each participant will receive an official certificate of attendance, endorsed by the European Federation of International Societies of Digestive Surgery (EFISDS) and AMiSNS.
  5. Cancellations and Refund Policy
    • Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing at least 1 month before the workshop start date.
    • Refunds may be subject to an administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for late cancellations.
  6. Code of Conduct
    • Participants are expected to follow all safety protocols and guidelines provided by the instructors.
    • Respectful behavior towards faculty, trainers, and fellow participants is mandatory.
    • Any participant violating the workshop rules may be asked to leave without a refund.
  7. Liability Disclaimer
    • The organizing committee and sponsors are not responsible for personal injuries, lost belongings, or damages incurred during the workshop.
